Embracing gratitude this season
Can you believe it’s the holiday season already? It can feel like one of the busiest time of the year… and all we want to do is slow down, enjoy the little moments with friends and family and be thankful for all that we have.
From day one, I knew I wanted to help women focus on and appreciate the good stuff, whether it’s their body or what’s hanging in their closet…. I want to help you feel your best so you can be present, no matter what you are doing.
As the year winds down, I hope you find time to create a space, spend time with the people you love, and just feel grateful for what you have.

Pull out your most loved piece in your closet. Wear it and enjoy it. Remind yourself what you love about it and how it makes you feel. … what is it? The fit? color or fabric?
Let go of a few things that get in the way of seeing what you have
It’s a perfect time to donate pieces that no longer work for you and you don’t wear. Maybe you have a special piece that you can give to someone close to you who will love and wear it.
Create a mini edit of everything you love
You’ll be amazed when you see a small collection of all the pieces you love all together… you’ll see your things differently and it will make it so easy to get dressed.
Wear those special pieces you hardly wear
What better time than the holidays to wear those special pieces … a super dressy blouse, leather, metallics, lace, sparkly jewelry… heels!
Write down what you are grateful for
